Most privacy policies are long because the website behind them gathers a great deal. Ours gathers very little, and the reason is structural: nowhere on vapoceptshealth.com is there a login, a mailing list, a quiz, a chat box or a field you can type into. A site with no inputs cannot build a profile of you. Everything below follows from that one design decision.
This is an independent publisher writing about VapoCept®. We are not the company that makes the capsules, we hold no stock, we never see an order, and we have no ability to look up, change or cancel one. Every purchase is completed somewhere else entirely — on the official store — and from the moment you arrive there, that store's own privacy notice is the document that governs you, not this one.
When any browser requests any page, the hosting software writes a line to a log. That line contains the requesting IP address, the browser and operating system it reported, the address of the page asked for, the page you arrived from if your browser disclosed it, and the clock time. Separately, an analytics layer counts how many people opened a given article and roughly how far down they scrolled. Those two records are the whole of it.
Absent from that list, permanently: your name, your email, a postal address, a phone number, a date of birth, anything financial. We never request them because no page here could receive them.
Two kinds. The first keeps the pages functioning and remembers nothing about you between visits. The second feeds the anonymous page counts described above. When you tap through to the store, the destination address carries a short reference code whose only job is to tell the store which publisher sent you, so the referral is credited to the right place. Clear all of it, or refuse all of it in your browser settings, and every page on this site still reads exactly the same.
Qualifying orders placed after a click from here earn us a referral fee. The price you pay is unchanged by that. Practically speaking, the important consequence for privacy is this: your card number, your shipping address and your name are typed into the store's checkout, travel to the store's payment processor, and are stored by the store. None of it passes through, touches, or is visible to this website at any point.
A hosting provider keeps the files online and a measurement tool produces the page counts. Both act on our instructions and under their own published terms. We have never sold, rented, swapped or otherwise handed visitor data to anyone, and there is no commercial scenario in which we would, because the data has no value to a buyer.
Residents of various states and countries can demand a copy of what a company holds on them, have it corrected, have it erased, or object to how it is used. Those entitlements apply here, though what they reach is thin — server log lines and anonymous counters, with no account attached. Write to us and we will deal with the request.
Nothing here is written for, or aimed at, anyone below eighteen, and we take no steps that would knowingly gather information from a child.
An amended version replaces this one on this address, carrying a fresh date at the top so you can see when it moved.
